The Office of International Programs at California State University, Monterey Bay holds information sessions each semester for CSUMB students who would like to learn more about the opportunities and possibilities offered by our foreign study programs. The deadlines to apply vary, but our general rule of thumb is to start your application 9-12 months in advance of your planned departure.  You should start researching your program (s) of interest 12 or more months in advance.
